• Customer Application: Customers browse shops, place orders, track orders, and verify delivery using an OTP.
• Shop Partner Application: Shop Partners receive customer orders, process them, deliver products, verify delivery using OTP, and manage their subscription.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Display registered shops to customers.
• Process and deliver customer orders.
• Share order details only with the selected Shop Partner.

4. Shop Partner Registration

Shop Partner accounts cannot be created by the public. All Shop Partner accounts are created and activated only by the Platform Administrator after verification.

5. Subscription

Shop Partners require an active subscription to continue using the Shop Partner Application. Subscription payments may be processed through Google Play Billing, Apple App Store Billing, or authorized payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card or banking information.

6. Order Processing and OTP Verification

When a customer places an order, the selected Shop Partner receives the order and prepares it for delivery. At delivery, a One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to the customer. The customer provides the OTP to the delivery person, who enters it into the Shop Partner Application to securely confirm successful delivery.

7. Data Sharing

Customer information required for fulfilling an order (such as name, phone number, delivery address, and ordered items) is shared only with the Shop Partner selected by the customer. Shop Partners may use this information solely for order fulfillment and customer support and must not use it for unauthorized marketing or disclose it to third parties.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, maintain transaction records, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud.

10. Account Deletion

Customers and Shop Partners may request deletion of their account by contacting us. Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
